Parking Restrictions

Due to ongoing issues with the car park, including abandoned cars and none residents parking onsite. We have taken decision to introduce parking permits and enforcement within the estate. Each property will be allowed to apply for a parking e-permit for their residents and visitors. Parking will be restricted to road worthy vehicles with a valid MOT and registered to the estate. Inline with the terms of the property lease, no commercial vehicles will be allowed to park on site. Parking is provided on a first come first served basis. Visitor parking will be restricted to a set number of e-permits per year per property. Access will be managed via an online portal. Registration will be required. Enforcement will be carried out by a third party company.

Front Door Replacement Program

Residents and leaseholders have raised concerns with regards to security of their blocks due to the aging and weakening of the main wooden doors at the entrance of each block. As such the next phase of the redecorations project will be to replace each of the doors. A formal process will begin in March of 2026 with a view to having the works complete by October of 2026.
